Gas Pizza Oven / 40cm / 500°C

Gas pizza oven, diameter 40x50cm, which develops temperatures above 500°C. The gas oven is suitable for pizzas up to 40 cm in diameter, and due to the extremely high temperatures reached, it is an excellent choice for baking Neapolitan pizzas.

The gas pizza oven is equipped with a thermometer, which will facilitate the preparation of the oven (in ~25 minutes the oven heats up to 500°C), but when the oven is at working temperature, pizza baking only takes up to 1 minute. This oven has a larger heating unit, L-shaped, on the back and left side, which makes it necessary to turn the pizza less often during baking.
The insulation of the oven (25mm ceramic wool) is of extra-standard thickness and will allow better maintenance of high temperature and easier transport and storage of the oven after use. Baking will also be facilitated by the extra-standard thickness of the base/stone (20 mm), which will allow for a more beautiful pizza. The gas stove does not require assembly, it is simple to use and easy to carry.
