The 2x8L deep fryer is designed for more demanding, professional users. The housing and oil tank of the fryer are made of stainless steel (18/0), and to ensure easier cleaning, the oil tank of the fryer is removable. The fryer also contains a removable basket and tank lid. The removable basket has a long and heat-insulated handle for easier maneuvering at high temperatures.

The oil heater is slightly raised from the bottom of the oil tank to keep the oil cooler at the bottom, which prevents food residues from burning when frying again.
The heating intensity can be adjusted via a stepless switch, and the indicator lights for turning on and reaching the desired fryer temperature help with use.
