The 8L deep fryer is intended for more demanding, professional users. The housing and oil tank of the fryer are made of stainless steel (18/0), and to ensure easier cleaning, the oil tank of the fryer is removable. The fryer also includes a removable basket and tank cover. The removable basket has a long and heat-insulated handle for easier maneuvering at high temperatures.
