Cutlery for the professional user represents an extremely important role of every dining table. When choosing a suitable line, in addition to the looks, one can choose based on a few other key features:

QUALITY

The quality of cutlery is determined by the choice of production material or the quality of stainless steel - this is distinguished by the content of chromium and nickel and is indicated by two values separated by "/" (14/0, 18/0, 18/10...). The first value represents the chromium content, which gives the stainless steel durability and long-term resistance, and the second value represents the nickel content, which increases the shine of the stainless steel and provides it with resistance to corrosion - the higher the value in the record, the greater the content of this metal.

THICKNESS

The thickness of the cutlery is determined by the thickness of the sheet from which the cutlery is produced. The greater the thickness, the more solid and resistant to deformation the cutlery will be. Greater thickness also means greater weight and a better fit to the hand, features that will evoke a premium feeling in the user.

FINAL TREATMENT

The final treatment of the cutlery determines its appearance. Lines that are not in the color of stainless steel are treated with the PVD (=Physical Vapor Deposition) process, in which a thin layer of solid metals is applied to the surface, which, in addition to the selected color, also ensures high surface resistance and hardness. Lines with a non-shiny look are treated with a sandblasting process called Stone Wash, which gives each line a unique and vintage look.
