Sare Bronze cutlery line, produced from quality 18/10 stainless steel (18% chrome / 10% nickel), thickness as much as 3mm. Due to the composition with a high chromium content, such accessories have greater strength, durability and resistance to rusting, and the high nickel content gives them an extremely high shine.
With its characteristic angular shape and extra-standard thickness of 3 mm, Sare Bronze cutely ensures a good look for every service. The angular shapes of the Sare Bronze cutlery allow the line to be pleasantly combined with very different design languages ??on the table, and its high gloss will make it stand out on the table.
After production, the Sare Bronze line is treated with a special technique called PVD - Physical Vapor Deposition = an innovative coating technology that allows the application of a thin film of resistant elements (just a few microns thick) on the base cutlery, which ensures this line an exceptional surface hardness (in contrast to painted cutlery). PVD takes place in a vacuum chamber, where metals such as titanium, zirconium and chromium evaporate and adhere to the surface of the cutlery, creating the desired coating. The result is greater surface hardness and the possibility of obtaining different colors.
CHARACTERISTICS OF PVD:
- exceptional surface hardness (1000-2500hv)
- greater resistance against wear and abrasion
- resistance to UV rays, solvents, acids, alkalis and most household cleaning agents
