Product description

Materic is a line of aluminum pans by Pintinox, also suitable for use on induction hobs. The Materic line is characterized by manufacturing quality and product aesthetics - the copper finish gives the pans a distinctive and recognizable look. Pintinox has coated the Materic pans with a QuanTanium coating. QUANTANIUM® cookware coating is an internally reinforced PTFE coating that offers a balance between performance and cost-effectiveness, withstanding up to 25,000 cycles of wet abrasion testing and 60.000 cycles of release testing. It is specially formulated without PFOA.

Characteristics of the Materic pan:
- Exceptionally durable and lightweight pressed aluminum pan with a thickness of 3mm, featuring a reinforced exposed rim part with a thickness of 4mm
- Interior with a 3-layer non-stick QuanTanium coating, which has an embossed texture that further prevents food from sticking.
- Stainless steel handle with AirFlow technology: It is lightweight, ergonomic, and does not heat up, remaining cool to the touch. Due to the double-folding construction, the handle is very durable.
- Suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and dishwasher safe

Hob type: All types, INCLUDING INDUCTION

Dimension: 20cm
Thickness: 3mm

Advantages of aluminum pans:
- Extremely good thermal conductor, which means that food inside the aluminum pan heats up evenly everywhere, allowing chefs effective control over cooking temperature. The walls of the pan not covered by food overheat less due to good thermal conductivity, which consequently means less carbonization of food residues on the edges. Not only do burn marks not change the taste of the prepared food, but the prepared dishes are also much healthier.
- Resistant to impacts and heat, as well as abrasion (scratches) and corrosion. Above all, aluminum is very easy to maintain.
- Exceptionally lightweight. A fact that should certainly not be neglected, especially in everyday use in kitchens where the weight of utensils often presents a significant challenge to chefs.
- Suitable for easy recycling and reuse, making it much less burdensome for the environment than other metals.
