Dough Proofing Box / 60x40cm / 10cm

A dough box that will allow the dough to rise completely. Boxes can be stacked on top of each other and form a solid unit.

The dough cassettes can be folded in 3 different ways:
- Tower: classic loading, where the upper cachet completely covers the lower one and prevents the dough from drying out
- Aerated: loading with offset boxes, using a dedicated groove, for cases when the dough requires aeration or it is necessary to release part of the gases from the box
- Cross: cross loading, for the greatest possible air circulation, for the needs of the fastest possible drying after cleaning

The dough box comes with 4 colored labels that are attached next to the holder, which can indicate:
- type of dough in the box (type of flour, allergens, etc.)
- size of the pizza dough in the box
- differentiation according to the required fermentation time of the pizza dough (12h 24h 48h)
- differentiation according to distribution to the final location
