The GN 1/9 Silicone lid provides a totally airtight seal and helps to keep food fresh for longer. Low microbiological load, low levels of oxidation and keeping the texture, aroma and flavor of food are its main advantages. Thanks to the flexibility of the material, these lids are universal – they fit all types of food boxes of the same GN size, regardless of the material they are made of, and can be used as lids for steel and porcelain containers. Transparent for easy identification of the food inside. They can be used in the oven and can also be used in a microwave oven, reducing cooking time and obtaining energy savings.

Not recommended for use with razor sharp, square or damaged stainless steel containers.
