Printing on the plates will make the Napoli line even more your own. Saturnia offers fully customised printing on its porcelain products for orders of at least 120 pieces per shape. The choice is yours – the printing options are almost unlimited.

- Avoid severe thermal shock, such as moving items straight from the freezer into a hot oven.
- Remove cutlery marks with a non-abrasive porcelain cleaner; do not use steel scourers.
- Wash hand-painted and decorated items and items with a gold rim more gently and do not use them in the microwave.

Hospitality porcelain is generally suitable for machine washing. For hand-painted pieces and items with decoration or a metallic rim we recommend a gentler programme.
How many pieces does a sales unit contain?
One sales unit contains 6 pcs. A shipping carton holds 1 sales units.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are processed the same day; orders received after 12 noon are processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day. If an item is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in line with the manufacturer’s lead time. When several items are ordered at once, we reserve the right to consolidate them in one dispatch warehouse and ship them together, which may extend the delivery time.
