Rental of 390 ml wine glasses for events and hospitality occasions.
Rental terms and conditions
- The price is for 1 piece for 1 day. Every day or part thereof, including weekends and public holidays, is charged as a full day.
- Rental is available within Slovenia only.
- The rental fee and security deposit must be paid before collection.
- Collection is in person at the Euronova Central Warehouse (Brnčičeva ulica 29, Ljubljana).
- Collection from another branch is possible by prior arrangement at least 7 days in advance.
- Collection and returns are available on weekdays between 8:00 and 15:30.
- Please count and inspect the equipment upon collection. Subsequent complaints regarding quantities or damage will not be accepted.
- Return the equipment to the same location at the agreed time, in full quantity and in the transport crates provided.
- The equipment must be returned washed, free of residue, dry and sorted by type.
- Broken, damaged and missing items will be charged at the regular retail price.
- Unclean items will be charged according to the cleaning price list.
- Double the daily rental fee will be charged for each day of delay.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before collection are free of charge. Cancellations made 3 to 6 days in advance incur a 50% rental fee, while cancellations made less than 3 days in advance incur a 100% fee.
- Subletting and taking equipment outside Slovenia are not permitted.
- The security deposit (30% of the rental value or at least €100), less any applicable charges, will be refunded after the equipment has been inspected.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I collect the rented equipment?
Collection is in person at our central warehouse in Ljubljana or, by prior arrangement (at least 7 days in advance), at one of our branches on weekdays between 8:00 and 15:30. Rental is currently available in Slovenia only.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. The security deposit is usually 30% of the replacement value of the equipment, with a minimum of EUR 100. It is refunded within 8 working days after the returned equipment has been inspected. The full rental terms are available in our terms and conditions.
Can I order a larger quantity or request a quote for a catering establishment?
