Product description
Hire of 490ml wine glasses for events and receptions.
Hire terms
- The price applies to 1 piece for 1 day. Every day started, including weekends and public holidays, is charged as a full day.
- Hire is only possible within Slovenia.
- The rental fee and deposit must be paid before collection.
- Collection is in person at the Euronova central warehouse (Brnčičeva ulica 29, Ljubljana).
- Collection at another branch is possible by arrangement at least 7 days in advance.
- Collection and return take place on weekdays between 8.00 and 15.30.
- Count and inspect the equipment on collection. Later complaints about quantity or damage cannot be accepted.
- Return the equipment to the same location at the agreed time, complete and with the transport crates.
- Equipment must be returned washed, free of residue, dried and sorted by type.
- Broken, damaged and missing pieces are charged at the regular retail price.
- Unclean pieces are charged according to the washing price list.
- Each day of late return is charged at double the daily rental fee.
- Cancellation 7 or more days before collection is free of charge. For cancellation 3 to 6 days in advance, 50% of the rental fee is charged; for shorter notice, 100%.
- Subletting and taking the equipment out of Slovenia are not permitted.
- The deposit (30% of the rental value or at least 100€), less any costs, is refunded after inspection of the equipment.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I collect hired equipment?
Collection is in person at our central warehouse in Ljubljana or, by prior arrangement (at least 7 days in advance), at one of our branches in Slovenia, on weekdays between 8:00 and 15:30. Hire is currently available in Slovenia only.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. The deposit is usually 30% of the replacement value of the equipment, at least EUR 100, and is refunded within 8 working days after the returned equipment has been inspected.
How are rental days charged?
Every calendar day started counts as a full rental day, including weekends and public holidays.
Can I order larger quantities or get a quote for my business?
