Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between airlaid and 2-ply napkins?
Airlaid napkins are thicker, softer and feel like fabric, making them suitable for more elegant service. 2-ply napkins are a more economical choice for everyday use.
How many pieces does a sales unit contain?
One sales unit contains 50 pcs. A shipping carton holds 16 sales units.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are processed the same day; orders received after 12 noon are processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day. If an item is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in line with the manufacturer’s lead time. When several items are ordered at once, we reserve the right to consolidate them in one dispatch warehouse and ship them together, which may extend the delivery time.
Can I order larger quantities or get a quote for my business?
Yes. For fitting out new venues, larger orders and special terms for business partners, write to info@euronova.pro.
