Hospitality porcelain is generally suitable for machine washing. For hand-painted pieces and items with decoration or a metallic rim we recommend a gentler programme.
How many pieces does a sales unit contain?
One sales unit contains 12 pcs. A shipping carton holds 12 sales units.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are processed the same day; orders received after 12 noon are processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day. If an item is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in line with the manufacturer’s lead time. When several items are ordered at once, we reserve the right to consolidate them in one dispatch warehouse and ship them together, which may extend the delivery time.
