What is the difference between a perforated and a solid peel?
A perforated peel has holes through which excess flour falls away, so there is less smoke during baking and a better taste. It is also lighter. A solid peel is suitable for preparing and moving dough.
How quickly will my order be delivered?

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day.
