Product description
Thanks to its stainless steel composition and 4mm thickness, the pizza baking steel gives better heat conductivity than other popular materials (stone, aluminium...).
The pizza steel absorbs, stores and transfers heat for optimal, even baking – especially suitable for pizza and other bakery products, as well as meat, fish and vegetables.
Use: place the pizza steel in the preheated oven and leave it there for at least 15 min. Set the oven to the highest temperature. For best results, place the steel on the top or highest possible shelf.

- Do not leave the peel in the oven or expose it to direct flame longer than necessary.
- Store it hanging or on a holder so the blade is not damaged.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are processed the same day; orders received after 12 noon are processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day. If an item is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in line with the manufacturer’s lead time. When several items are ordered at once, we reserve the right to consolidate them in one dispatch warehouse and ship them together, which may extend the delivery time.
