Product description
A lid for the dough box, for perfect proofing. The boxes can be stacked on top of each other to form a solid unit. Only the top box needs to be covered with the lid.
Araven dough boxes can be stacked in 3 different ways
- Tower: classic stacking, where the upper box covers the lower one completely and stops the dough drying
- Aerated: offset stacking using the dedicated groove, for dough that needs ventilation or to release some gas
- Cross: cross stacking for maximum air circulation and fastest drying after cleaning

- Do not leave the peel in the oven or expose it to direct flame longer than necessary.
- Store it hanging or on a holder so the blade is not damaged.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are processed the same day; orders received after 12 noon are processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day. If an item is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in line with the manufacturer’s lead time. When several items are ordered at once, we reserve the right to consolidate them in one dispatch warehouse and ship them together, which may extend the delivery time.
