Product description
The GN 1/1 silicone lid provides a completely airtight seal and helps keep food fresh for longer. Its main benefits are low microbial load, low oxidation and preservation of the texture, aroma and taste of food. Thanks to the flexible material, these lids are universal – they fit all food containers of the same GN size regardless of material and can be used on steel and porcelain containers. They are transparent for easy identification of the food inside. They can be used in conventional and microwave ovens, cutting cooking time and saving energy.
Not recommended for use with sharp, square or damaged stainless steel containers.

Frequently asked questions
What do GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 ... mean?
GN 1/1 is the base size of 530 x 325 mm. Smaller containers are fractions of it (e.g. GN 1/2 = 325 x 265 mm, GN 1/3 = 325 x 176 mm, GN 1/4 = 265 x 162 mm, GN 1/6 = 176 x 162 mm), so they can be freely combined in one frame.
