Hospitality porcelain is generally suitable for machine washing. For hand-painted pieces and items with decoration or a metallic rim we recommend a gentler programme.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are processed the same day; orders received after 12 noon are processed on the next working day. If an item is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in line with the manufacturer’s lead time.
