- Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g. hot water into a chilled glass), as they can cause thermal shock.
- Load glasses in the dishwasher so they do not touch each other; use a rinse aid for a spot-free shine.
- Do not nest glasses inside one another unless they are specifically designed to stack.

Is the glass dishwasher safe?
Glassware for hospitality use is generally designed for machine washing. For a long-lasting shine we recommend a moderate wash temperature and a quality rinse aid.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon are processed the same day; orders received after 12 noon are processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first working day. If an item is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in line with the manufacturer’s lead time. When several items are ordered at once, we reserve the right to consolidate them in one dispatch warehouse and ship them together, which may extend the delivery time.
