Pizza plates in hotel porcelain with diameters of 30–36 cm for pizzerias and restaurants. The flat, wide and thicker plate retains heat and withstands cutting with knives and pizza wheels as well as daily commercial dishwashing.
For 30–33 cm pizzas choose a 33–36 cm plate so that the crust does not hang over the edge.
